Jak probíhá objednávka Vaší obuvi? Plus

Po přijetí objednávky zahajujeme výrobu Vašeho páru. Každý pár vzniká postupně – od výběru konkrétní usně, přes vysekávání dílů, šití svršku až po finální kompletaci a kontrolu. Vybrané oblíbené modely máme skladem.

Je možné objednávku upravit nebo zrušit? Plus

Pokud výroba ještě nezačala, je změna obvykle možná. Jakmile je však pár rozpracovaný, úpravy již nelze provést. V takovém případě se snažíme vždy hledat individuální řešení.

Can I return the shoes if they don't fit? Plus

Yes, custom-made shoes can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, in their original condition, and do not have any special modifications, such as a different size or color change. The same return policy applies to selected in-stock models. If you are unsure whether your particular pair qualifies for a return, please contact us. Insulated lining or zippers do not count as custom modifications for models where these options are commonly available.

Are the shoes really leather? Plus

Yes, our shoes are made from high-quality natural leather, which ensures comfort, durability and natural breathability. We carefully select materials from trusted suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards.

Where can I try on shoes? Plus

You can try on shoes in our showrooms in Slavičín, Prague and Brno. There is no need to book in advance – just come and we will be happy to help you choose the right size, type of shoe and make any adjustments. We look forward to your visit!

How quickly does the skin break down? Plus

Our shoes break in quickly thanks to their very flexible materials – usually within a few hours of normal wear. The leather will then adjust slightly over the following days, but comfort comes really quickly.

Do you have a configurator where I can see color combinations? Plus

We don't have an online configurator, but we'd be happy to show you all the available colors and materials in person at our showroom. Together we can design and create a combination exactly to your liking - so that your new shoes are truly unique.

Naší filozofií je vyrábět konkrétní páry pro konkrétní zákazníky. Minimalizujeme tak nadprodukci a udržujeme kontrolu nad kvalitou každého kusu. Naše nabídka polovičních velikostí, široké palety barev a několika šíří nám neumožňuje mít všechny varianty skladem.

Do you repair shoes from other manufacturers? Plus

No, we only repair shoes from our own production. Thanks to this, we can guarantee quality and correct technological procedures for each repair.

Can I bring shoes to the showroom for repair or a complaint? Plus

Yes, you can bring your complaint directly to the showroom. Our colleagues will resolve the case with you on site and take care of the next steps.

What is the lifespan of the sole and how much does it cost to replace it? Plus

Replacing the sole costs approximately 800 CZK, the exact price depends on the specific type of shoe and the extent of the repair. The lifespan of our soles is long, but it depends a lot on the type and intensity of use - wear may vary for each customer.
