1. Stand on the paper with your full weight (not with bent knees or sitting, etc.)
2. Trace the leg, holding the pencil at a slight angle
3. Measure the longest distance between the toe and the heel
Insert the length of the foot + the required extra size ( 3-4mm for ballerinas, 5-6mm for full shoes) in the table and select the size.
